Expansion Bellows
Rubber Bellows, or PTFE Expansion Bellows
Industrial Expansion bellows also known as joints are manufactured of unreinforced moulded PTFE or EPDM bellows and are available with ANSI 150#, PN10/16 or SANS 1123 ductile iron drilled flanges or stainless steel. The PTFE Bellows have an optional stainless steel reinforcing rings and limit bolts.
PTFE EXPANSION BELLOW
The PTFE Expansion joints are available in 2, 3, or 5 convolutions with various allowable movements as noted below (also often referred to as couplings for 2-convolutions, expansion joints for 3-convolutions, and bellows for 5-convolutions, respectively).
RUBBER EXPANSION BELLOW
The rubber type bellows ball is made of EPDM rubber. It is resistant to tensile, compressive, aging, high temperature and low temperature.
It can be used in municipal construction, hydraulic engineering, electricity, water supply and drainage, water treatment and chemical industry.
PTFE bellows are used, for example, as compensating elements between engineered parts.
PTFE Bellows, size range from 1” (DN25) to 12” (DN300)
EPDM Bellows, size range from 1” (DN25) to 24” (DN600)
All Bellows are equipped with carbon steel, stainless steel or Plastic flanges, PN10, ANSI 150 lbs or any other connection standards.
Large Bore custom size rubber bellows also available on request.

Excellent Corrosive protection and service life in most
Industrial and Chemical Applications.
