Lined Check Valves

Resistochem cc’s PFA Lined Check Valves interior are completely lined with a high quality PFA lining material and due to its thickness, it completely protects the valves against any chemical corrosion which makes it an excellent choice for any aggressive applications.

They are also known as a Shut Off valves or Non-Return Valves. We offer several type of Check valves, a free-floating ball design which promotes Positive shut – off across the pressure range, a swing type check valve or a poppet type check valve.

PFA Lined ball check valves under normal flow the valves solid PTFE ball is pushed away from its seating area and fluid flows through the valve, in a backwards flow condition the ball is pushed firmly back into its seating position and prevents flow through the valve stopping process contamination etc. these are mainly designed for vertical installations. For Horizontal applications, we suggest our Swing Check Valves.
