Cast Steel, Stainless Steel Body, Lined or Un-lined internally

 

LINED IN PTFE, PFA, FEP OR PVDF

 

Our Sight Glasses offers Clear Visual Inspection from Either Side of the line, making it easy to inspect flow within the line.

For the Lined Sight Glasses, the entire internal component other than the glass are lined with PFA or FEP, creating a barrier against any aggressive chemicals or gases.  

 

Depending upon application, we can offer body material in DI, WCB or CF8M that is PFA lined, and offer both long service life and high corrosion resistance due to the thick, uniform, blowhole-free lining. The liners’ non-stick and inert properties are ideal for highly viscous and high purity applications. Safety Glasses are Borosilicate glass which are utilized to withstand high temperatures, mechanical stress, and corrosion from aggressive applications.

Sight glasses can also be supplied in Polypropylene, PPH or PVDF  flanged full plastic with Borosilicate Tube sight glasses and stainless-steel mounting bolts and nuts.

 

Flange drillings are available in Class 150, 300, BS4504 or PN10/16. Special drilling on request. All surfaces of the sight glass wet parts are lined with PFA to protect service life from chemical corrosion.
