PFA Lined Valves
Cast Steel, Stainless Steel Body Valves, PFA Lined internally
Resistochem cc PFA Lined range of Valves are completely lined internally with a high quality PFA lining material and due to its thickness, it completely protects the valves against any chemical corrosion which makes it an excellent choice for any aggressive applications. Certain valves are also available with PTFE lining.
Valve bodies are manufactured using investment casting which leaves a smooth and perfect product geometry with a superb finish. Our range of valves are available in Ball valve, Diaphragm, butterfly, plug and non-return check valves. They can be supplied with lever, wheel, or gear operated, or with electric or pneumatic operated actuators. Optional body materials in DI casting, WCB or stainless steel.
Flange drillings are available in Class 150, 300, BS4504 or PN10/16. Special drilling on request. All our valves are fully tested to ensure the highest of quality standard, which include hydrostatic pressure testing and electrostatic spark testing.
