Large diameter equipment such as columns, vessels and tanks manufactured as per clients’ specifications and dimensions. Previous maximum diameters of up to 6000mm and can reach tube heights of 5000mm. 

 

With more than 20 years of experience in the manufacture of Lined steel columns, vessels and tanks, our factory offers Lined equipment suited for the highest chemical resistance.

 

We offer development, engineering, and manufacture of Lined equipment. Application examples: Steel columns lined with PTFE can be used for distilling, rectifying, absorbing, quenching, washing or desorbing liquids or liquid mixtures. Ideal for extremely corrosive media such as hydrofluoric acid (HF), hydrochloric acid (HCl), sulfuric acid (H2SO4), phosphoric acid (H3PO4) as well as their intermediate products.

 

We also offer PTFE-lined containers such as storage tanks and reactors. Due to the excellent chemical resistance of PTFE, our products are used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries as well as in the agrochemical, food, electronics, solar and environmental industries, and many other further areas of application.
